Financial and Bookkeeping Management

Financial reporting is of utmost importance. Managing strata’s finances requires accuracy, transparency, and expertise. Our dedicated in house accounting team ensures complete and consistent reporting, with financial statements prepared on an accrual basis and reviewed by our Controller for quality assurance before distribution to council and owners.

  • Maintaining separate Operating Trust and CRF Trust account in the name of the strata corporation
  • Collecting strata fees, fines, interest, and other revenues
  • Follow up on arrears and overdue accounts
  • Receiving, categorizing, and paying vendor invoices
  • Providing detailed monthly financial statements by the 25th of the following month
  • Assisting with annual budgets and financial planning for AGM
  • Managing owner records, including Form K for tenant documentation
  • Coordinating year end documentation with bookkeeper for tax preparation
  • Arranging lien filings for unpaid fees
  • Advising on contingency fund investments to maximize interest returns
  • Preparing and issuing required documents such as Form B and Form F
